Early voting continues in Bureau County

Nearly 23,800 people are registered to vote in Bureau County….though that doesn’t mean that many will show up to the polls on November 2nd. For people who didn’t register to vote in time…Bureau County Clerk Kami Hieronymus says grace period voter registration is running until October 26th throughout the state. She says grace voters must register and vote in the county clerks office. Early voting is running through October 28th. Hieronymous says any registered voter must vote in her office from 8 am to 4 pm weekdays and from 8 am to 12 this Saturday. Ballots can also be cast at the Spring Valley City Hall. Early voting polls are open in Spring Valley from 9 am to 3 pm on weekdays.
