Power restored to downtown LaSalle

Power is back on in downtown LaSalle after an outage that lasted several hours yesterday afternoon. Spokesperson Leigh Morris of Ameren says more than 1000 customers lost power due to high winds. Morris says winds caused power lines to wrap around one another.
