Big decisions to be made statewide

Several hotly-contested Illinois Congressional races are being decided. In the 11th District, incumbent Democrat Debbie Halvorson is trying to fend off a challenge from challenger Adam Kinzinger. 17th District Congressman Phil Hare is facing a challenge from upstart GOP opponent Bobby Schilling. In the 14th District, incumbent Bill Foster is locked in a tight race with his Republican challenger, State Senator Randy Hultgren.
