Topinka, White, Madigan Win Statewide Races

While Illinois' Governor race is still too close to call, some down-ticket races have been decided. Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and Secretary of State Jesse White, both Democrats, won re-election bids for their respective offices. Republican Judy Baar Topinka has defeated Democratic State Representative David Miller for State Comptroller. Illinois' Treasurer race has not yet been decided. Republican State Senator Dan Rutherford has a slight lead over Democrat Robin Kelly in that race.
