Princeton Youth Baseball no longer to rely on park district to clean up after a rainy game

In an attempt to lower fees, the Princeton Youth Baseball League has agreed to maintain fields they use starting next season. Director Elaine Russell says the league will still incur some fees but significantly lower costs by using volunteers. Russell says details are still being worked out but youth baseball will also call their own games during severe weather and repair any field damage.
