A Spring Valley man will appear in court after an alcohol related offense. Eric Fitzpatrick, 23, was cited for public drunkenness.
An area woman has bonded out of Bureau County Jail after a weekend arrest. Lori Vazquez, 53, of Spring Valley faces two counts of domestic battery.
