Officials say Peru burning through their Winter salt supply

Officials say Peru has used up about half of their Winter salt supply. Public Works Superintendent Gary Bleck says plows in Peru have dropped around 1700 tons of salt this season to combat heavy snows. But Bleck says he’s seen similar seasons where they still have salt left in April.
