FEMA to award ten million for new Ottawa school

An Ottawa school will rebuild with the help of about ten and a half million dollars in federal emergency funds. The Central Intermediate School in Ottawa was flooded and has been closed since 2008. The school will receive an additional 14 million dollars in state funds, and an insurance settlement.
