Bureau County Coroner confirms death of area man in motorcycle accident

Details are few but Bureau County Coroner Janice Wamhoff has confirmed the death of an area man in a weekend motorcycle accident. Roger Fleming, 49, died from injuries sustained in a single motorcycle accident on Walnut Wyanet blacktop Saturday. Fleming was life-flighted from the scene to St. Francis Medical in Peoria. The Bureau County Sheriffs department says Fleming was not wearing a helmet.
