Governor helps celebrate Starved Rock's 100th birthday

Starved Rock State Park at Utica is noting its 100^th birthday and even the governor is joining the celebration. Pat Quinn and his mom Eileen made a mid-day visit to the park yesterday. Quinn promoted “No Child Left Behind”, saying the park provides family-friendly fun. The governor also proclaimed yesterday “Starved Rock State Park Day” in Illinois.
