Lawsuit Filed Regarding Tiskilwa Train Derailment

The state's going to court over the October 7th train derailment in Tiskilwa.  State authorities think an unknown amount of ethanol seeped into the soil in Tiskilwa last month when a train derailed.  Much of it burned up, but Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and Bureau County State's Attorney Patrick Herrmann want Iowa Interstate Railroad to pay for all cleanup costs and perform a complete cleanup of the leak and burn.  They filed their suit in Bureau County yesterday.
