Wenona Fire Destroys Shed and 2 Semis

A machine shed fire at a trucking business in Wenona has left the metal building and two semis inside a total loss.  The Wenona Fire Department was called out at about 12:30 yesterday afternoon to Glen Jones Trucking on the south end of town, not far from city hall.  The fire was under control about an hour and a half later, thanks to the help of 65 area firefighters.  No injuries were reported but a nearby home did sustain some siding damage.  A state fire marshall was examining what’s left of the structure and its contents, but the

cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
