Bureau County Sheriff’s Department releases October activity report

The monthly activity report from Bureau County Sheriff John Thompson indicates his officers investigated 43 traffic crashes last month, making 44 arrests including two for DUI.  Another 27 arrests were made for non-traffic violations and officers responded to 19 requests for domestic intervention or support.  A total of 67 offenders

were processed through the Bureau County Jail in October.
