Rash of vehicle break-ins in Princeton
Princeton Police are warning residents to lock their vehicles and keep valuable items out of plain site. This after a recent rash of vehicle break-ins. Officers say last week someone broke into a car and stole a large amount of cash as well as checks. The city has witnessed a string of burglaries in the last six months or so, with everything from money to GPS systems and cameras to prescription drugs being taken from vehicles. Most of the victims had left their autos unlocked. If you have information on any of the thefts, you’re asked to call the Princeton Police Department at 872-2351 or CrimeStoppers at 800-939-6929.
