I-80 crash near Ottawa kills semi driver

A semi driver is dead after an accident early this morning on Interstate 80 near Ottawa.  State Police say just east of milepost 92, the semi went through a concrete median barrier, down an embankment and overturned, coming to rest on railroad tracks.  36-year old Kimberly Cooley of Arkansas was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her passenger, 48-year old Patricia Thompson of Indiana, was in the sleeper at the time of the crash.  She was taken to Ottawa Regional Hospital.  The accident shutdown part of westbound I-80 for several hours.
