Princeton store sells winning $1 million lottery ticket

A $1 million lottery ticket has been sold in Princeton.  Beck’s West says a winning ticket worth $1 million was bought at their store on West Peru Street on December 3rd.  The ticket apparently was for a $10 “Cash Spectatular” game.  Beck’s receives one-percent of the winnings, or $10,000, for selling the ticket.  No word yet on the name of the winner.  There are reports a Tiskilwa woman cashed in the ticket, but she has yet to come forward and admit winning.
