Not guilty plea for Princeton man accused of taking gun into school

A Princeton man accused of taking a loaded gun into Princeton High School has pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony unlawful use of a weapon.  18-year old Blake Schmidt was arraigned yesterday at the Bureau County Courthouse.  Schmidt is accused of entering the school on November 16th with a loaded shotgun as classes were letting out.  Police say he pointed the gun at himself, but no one else.  A trial date of March 19th has been set for Schmidt, who is out after posting five thousand dollars bond.
