Search for missing Ransom woman to resume

The search for a missing Ransom woman who vanished after a car accident last month will resume tomorrow morning. Tanya Shannon has not been seen since the December 5th accident that killed her husband Dale. Several days after the crash, LaSalle County Sheriff Tom Templeton suspended the search, saying they had no choice but to wait until the snow melts, when searchers would be able to see more. Warmer temperatures late this past week melted much of the snow.
