Ribbon-cutting held for new Princeton coffee shop

Java on Main is picking up steam, or froth, or whatever goes into making those sweet coffees. The new business was welcomed by the Princeton Chamber of Commerce this morning with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Owner Tina Bennett says she knew the community wanted a coffee shop. Bennett worked at both Echo Express and Townsend Coffee House before it closed late last fall.
