Chamber of Commerce directors speak out against tax increase

Area chamber of commerce directors say the recent tax increase will make Illinois a tougher place to do business. Princeton Chamber Director Kim Frey says she’s trying to look for the silver lining in this situation. She says another positive is the cash flow that state officials say will open up to schools, hospitals and others Illinois owes money.
