Peru City Council to hold moment of silence

A moment of silence will begin tonight’s Peru City Council meeting in remembrance of Ron Wren. Wren served as the fourth ward alderman for the city until his death last Friday from a stroke. He was the chairman of the Electric committee and the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
