Winter driving conditions still in effect

The Bureau County Sheriffs Department says they’ve already pulled one car off interstate 80 this morning. They say be careful: winter driving conditions are still in effect. The Illinois Department of Transportation says I-80 is patchy with black ice and snow and they list all county roads as mostly snow or ice covered.
