Area snowman attracts attention...good and bad
Every year the Ericksons build an oversized snowman…knowing very well it might not survive the Princeton night. Fourth grader Trace Erickson says he hopes this snowman won’t end up like past creations. So he and his father Alan have reinforced this giant. At more than 7ft tall…Frosty has a steel rod running the length of his body and an icy finish from a water misting. Alan says their snowman…which stands on E Peru street…attracts waves and honks from passing cars. It’s dressed in traditional Frosty garb…the buttons…eyes…and faux carrot nose…it even has a wreath hanging from it’s right stick arm.
