IVCC holding edible car contest

         Illinois Valley Community College is holding its sixth annual edible car contest next Wednesday.  Student teams will build cars entirely from food.  Not life size…imagine a cucumber with cookies for wheels.  IVCCs Dorene Perez says the contest is a part of National Engineers Week.  She ssays she hopes it allows students to see engineering is fun.  The contest also targets women…atleast one team member must be female.
