IVCC tuition to increase

     Illinois Valley Community College students will have to dig a little deeper starting this summer.  The college board approved a tuition increase yesterday to help secure state funds.  Schools officials say even though the increase brings tuition and fees to 83 dollars and 52 cents per credit hour, the college anticipates having the state’s lowest rate. They say the state average is 98 dollars and 26 cents.
