Princeton firefighters to see pay hike
An annual raise is on the way to Princeton firefighters. City officials say in order to accommodate the cost of living the city has amended a contract with the Firefighters union, which provides a wage re-opener every May. This year pay will receive a two and a half percent boost. City manager Jeff Fiegenschuh says typically…union contracts don’t waiver. Fiegenschuch says working conditions and everything else will remain the same under the five-year contract.
