The chief is in

Spring Valley’s fire department has a new leader. Tod Bogatitus was sworn in as the new fire chief earlier this week. Bogatitus previously served as assistant chief in Spring Valley. He defeated incumbent chief Gene Scheri in an election last month to take the top spot.
