Pair of PHS board members won't seek re-election
Two Princeton high school board members aren’t seeking re-election. Board vice President Jane Fredenhagen has served on the board for eight years. Fredenhagen says she’s proud of implementing response to intervention practices, or RTI, which goals include maximizing student achievement and reducing behavioral problems. Board member and Princeton mayoral candidate Gary Hanna is stepping down after four years and says he’s most proud of the staff he helped assemble. Board incumbents Colleen Sailor and Gary Coates are hoping to continue their service. Newcomers running are Egan Hicks, Al Taylor, Anne Click, Chris Arndt, Terry O'Neil, and Stephanie Van Ordstrand.
Incumbents running for the elementary board include Steve Bouslog and J.P. Aley. New faces vying for a spot include Cynthia De Clue, Mark Frank and Pete Mangold.
