Wind farm expansion still up in the air

     Walnut Ridge wind farm expansion is still up in the air. The Bureau County Zoning board of appeals has pushed back a vote that would allow or discontinue the issuing of conditional use permits for more turbines. Board Chair Jim Rapp says new information presented at last nights meeting needs to be reviewed before a vote.
