Car vs. semi collision kills 2 Ottawa women

Two Ottawa women are dead after a car/semi collision near Marseilles. Police say a car driven by 69 year old Lorraine McNeil was eastbound on North 30th Road and had stopped at the intersection with County Highway 15. She then drove out into the path of a southbound semi. The crash killed McNeill and her passenger, 45 year old Kathleen Wilcox. Highway 15 was closed for over 6 hours for accident reconstructionists to do their work.
