I-80 Stretch Closing In Bureau County

Weather permitting, Interstate 80 between Princeton and Spring Valley will be closed tonight. If it doesn’t rain, starting at 8 this evening, the interstate will be closed to traffic until 6 tomorrow morning between Interstate 180 and Route 89. Traffic will be detoured at Route 89 and I-180 and taken onto Route 6. Crews will be replacing overhead signs on Interstate 80. Again, the closed stretch of roadway is expected to re-open at around 6 tomorrow morning.
