Motorcycle accident near Starved Rock State Park

A woman remains in critical condition following a motorcycle accident near Starved Rock State Park.  Authorities say Kathy Kelley of Creve Coeur was driving on Route 71 east of the lodge entrance Monday afternoon when her motorcycle struck a culvert and she was thrown from the vehicle.  Kelley was taken to Illinois Valley Community Hospital, and then transferred to St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria where she was last listed in critical condition.
