Eiten to follow retiring Judge Balestri

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court will soon have a new associate judge.  Attorney Karen Eiten has been chosen to fill a vacancy created with the retirement of Judge William Balestri.  Eiten had been with the law firm of Herbolsheimer, Lannon, Henson, Duncan & Reagan from 1988 until the end of last year.  Since January, she has been in solo practice.  Eiten will be sworn in by Chief Judge H. Chris Ryan on Tuesday, July 5th at 1 in the afternoon at the La Salle County Courthouse.
