DNA confirms leg belongs to missing Marseilles woman

DNA testing has confirmed that a body part found on the shore of the Illinois River was that of a missing Marseilles woman.  Susan Schultz, 43, was reported missing in mid-March.  She had last been seen walking towards the Illinois River bridge in Marseilles.  Investigators yesterday announced that a right leg found in April on the north branch of the river near Starved Rock State Park was Schutlz’s.  The cause of her death remains under investigation.
