Stretch of I-80 to close tonight

If you have plans to travel Interstate 80 between Princeton and Peru tonight, you may want to take a different path, such as Route 6. IDOT says eastbound I-80 from the I-180 exit 61 to the IL 89 exit 70 will be completely closed beginning at 8 pm. The closed stretch of Interstate 80 is expected to reopen by tomorrow morning.
