Sheriff Department releases June activity report

     A total of 62 offenders were processed through the Bureau County Jail in June. The monthly activity report from Sheriff John Thompson indicates officers investigated 49 traffic crashes, making 44 arrests including one for DUI. Another 17 arrests were made for non-traffic violations and officers responded to 17 requests for domestic intervention or support.
