County Treasurer warns of tax deadline

Bureau County Treasurer Nina Cattani Urbanowski is reminding Bureau County taxpayers that the first installment of real estate taxes is due by the end of the day today. Payments may be made at any bank in Bureau County, or until 4 this afternoon in the Treasurer's Office. Mailed payments must be postmarked with today's date. Payments may also be placed in the drop box on the west side of the courthouse.
