Man arrested for holding up IVCC employee at "gun point"

Bond has been set at $150,000 for an Iowa man accused of robbing an Illinois Valley Community College employee at gunpoint.  Matthew Trotter allegedly committed the hold-up Monday at IVCC's annex office inside Ottawa City Hall.  The gun turned out to be a toy.  Trotter fled with an unknown amount of cash but was later arrested as he walked downtown.  Just the night before, Trotter was arrested in Ottawa for DUI.  Authorities say the 24-year old has a long rap sheet, including three stints in prison.  This time, Trotter is charged with felony aggravated robbery and could get up to 30 years in prison without parole.
