Bee blamed for sheriff's SUV striking a semi

A bee apparently is responsible for a an automobile accident involving the Grundy County Sheriff.  According to Sheriff Terry Marketti, he was driving his county-owned SUV southbound on Route 47 Monday afternoon when he became distracted by a bee flying around inside the vehicle.  He swerved into the northbound lane and struck a semi driven by a Marseilles man.  The sheriff's vehicle came to rest in a soybean field.  No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued.
