Coroner’s inquest planned in Ottawa death from 5 years ago

The LaSalle County Coroner’s Office is taking a second look into the 2006 death of an Ottawa woman.  Tracy Cusick was found dead in a bathroom and it had been thought she’d drowned in a toilet with no foul play suspected.  But Cusick’s body was exhumed last year and the case remained open.  Authorities say Tuesday’s inquest should provide an official cause of death.
