Man nabbed on I-80 for hauling drugs in toothpaste tubes

Speeding on Interstate 80 could cost a California man up to 30 years in prison.  26-year old John Oliva was pulled over for speeding early Saturday morning a mile west of Utica.  A search of his vehicle turned up nine tubes of toothpaste with 6,500 oxycodone pills hidden inside.  Oliva was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.  The Class X felony carries a 6 to 30 year prison term with no chance of parole.
