Gateway Services holds Phone-A-Thon This Week

Gateway Services is holding its annual Phone-A-Thon today, tomorrow and Wednesday at Citizens First National Bank in Princeton. The Phone-A-Thon event, now in its 24th year, is Gateway’s largest annual fundraising event, with more than 30 volunteers dedicating their time. Phone-A-Thon is similar to a telethon with callers working to contact past supporters of Gateway.  Volunteers phone from 6:30 to 9:30 each day. The Phone-A-Thon will send out letters to all past supporters if they are not reached by phone during the Phone-A-Thon.  This year's goal for the event is $40,000.  The money raised will be used to continue to provide services to children and adults with disabilities in Bureau, Marshall and Putnam counties.
