Second Utica woman dies from SUV-semi collision

Updating an earlier story, 22-year old Casey Sebby died over the weekend in St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was in an SUV that collided with a semi Friday morning four miles north of Ottawa on Route 23.  There were two others in the SUV.  Her twin sister Elizabeth was pronounced dead at the scene.  Elizabeth's 15-month-old baby survived the crash in a child safety seat with no injuries.  The driver of the semi also was not injured.  An investigation
