Westclox fire not fully out yet; 15-year old in court

Firefighters returned to the Westclox building in Peru last night to extinguish some flare ups.  The area still on fire is the back of the middle building.  Meanwhile, the two teens arrested for allegedly setting the blaze are awaiting their fate.  They each face a Class X felony charge of aggravated arson.  A 15-year old Peru boy made a juvenile court appearance yesterday and was ordered to stay in the county detention home until his next court appearance on January 17th.  If found guilty, he could be held in juvenile lockup until age 21.  Meanwhile, 17-year old Steven Gallagher of La Salle is being tried as an adult.  He makes a court appearance tomorrow.
