Dollar General employees find baby wandering through parking lot

A scary situation took place over the weekend at Oglesby’s Dollar General Store.  Oglesby Police report that Saturday morning at around 9:30, store employees spotted a young child, about two years old, wandering through the parking lot wearing only a diaper.  The workers took the child inside the store to keep it warm.  As police were ready to leave with the child, they were approached by a woman.  20-year old Shaina Lamboley told the officers the child belongs to her.  Police charged Lamboley with endangering the life of a child and was given a notice to appear in court.  Also, the Department of Children and Family Services was notified of the incident.
