Deadline today for getting tickets for annual Farm Bureau meeting

Today is the deadline for getting your tickets for the Bureau County Farm Bureau’s 97th annual meeting this week.  The event will be held Thursday at Wise Guys Bar and Grill in Princeton starting at 6 p.m. with dinner.  The business meeting will follow, with the election of officers and directors for the upcoming year.  A presentation will be given after the regular meeting by Mike and Lynn Martz, who have been active in the Illinois Farm Families program.  The meeting is open to all Farm Bureau members, but only farmer members, who serve as voting members, are allowed to vote.  Tickets are 10-dollars and include dinner.  Tickets may be purchased from a Farm Bureau director, or for more information call 815-875-6468.
