Garage fire injures Princeton man

A man was injured and a garage destroyed in a fire over the weekend in Princeton.  Fire Chief John Petrakis says the fire happened just after 4:30 Saturday afternoon at 517 N. Chestnut Street.  A man working in the garage suffered burns to his hand and was taken to the hospital.  None of the firefighters at the scene were hurt.  The fire was extinguished after about 20 minutes of work by the firefighters.  Petrakis says the garage is a total loss with damage estimates at $75,000.  No word yet on the cause of the fire.
