Plea agreement possible for accused Westclox arsonist?

The younger of the two teens accused of the Westclox arson in Peru may receive a plea bargain.  The 15-year old Peru boy’s court case was continued yesterday, amid reports that he and the public defender’s office are working on a deal with the state’s attorney’s office.  The teen, who is being kept in a detention home, makes his next court appearance on Tuesday of next week.  Meanwhile, his alleged cohort, 17-year old Steven Gallacher of La Salle, who is being tried as an adult, is due in court tomorrow for his arraignment.
