Zearing scholarship available for U of I student

If you’re a student planning on attending the University of Illinois, here’s a scholarship opportunity.  Applications for the Delyte K. and Robert I. Zearing scholarship are now available from the Regional Office of Education.  Any Bureau County resident who graduates from a high school in Bureau County, including the Illinois Math and Science Academy, and has been accepted to the U of I is eligible.  The Zearing

Scholarship is administered by the trust department of Citizens First National Bank in Princeton and Angie Zarvell, Regional Superintendent of Schools for Bureau, Henry and Stark Counties.  Completed applications must be returned to the Regional Office of Education in Atkinson by May 1st.  For an application, call (309) 936-7890.
