Kewanee man hits million-dollar lottery jackpot

A Kewanee man has hit it big on a lottery scratch-off.  His real name isn't being released but Brad "B" walked away with a one million dollar prize after he purchased a 20-dollar "Merry Millionaire" ticket.  He'll get about 600-thousand dollars after taxes.  Brad "B" says he's going to invest much of that cash into the small business he owns.  He'll also pay down his mortgage.  Illinois State Lottery officials say there's still one million dollar prize available in the "Merry Millionaire" scratch off game.
